CISCE releases timetable for Class 10-12 board exams; ISC exams from February 12; see full schedule

CISCE 10-12 Board Exam 2026 Date Sheet: The Council for the Indian School Certificate (CISCE) has good news for students waiting for the dates of their 10th and 12th board exams. 

CISCE has released the date sheets for the 2026 Indian School Certificate (ISC) (10th) and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) (12th) board exams. 

The CISCE 10th board exams will be held from February 17 to March 30, 2026. The CISCE 12th board exams will be held from February 12 to April 6, 2026. The date sheet provides a complete exam schedule, covering 75 subjects for ICSE and 50 subjects for ISC.

12th Psychology first exam

The CISCE 12th board exams begin on February 12, 2026. The first Psychology exam is on February 12th. The English Paper 1 exam is on February 13th. 

Accountancy exams are scheduled for February 20th, Chemistry for February 23rd, History for February 26th, Biology for March 6th, and Mathematics for March 9th. Click here to view the complete 12th exam date sheet.

10th English 1 first exam

The CISCE 10th board exams begin on February 17, 2026. The first paper is English Language. English 2 is on February 20. Hindi is on February 26, Mathematics on March 2, Physics on March 9, Chemistry on March 10, and Biology on March 13. Click here to view the complete 10th exam date sheet.

6. 2.6 lakh students will appear for the 10th exam.

This year, 2.6 lakh students will appear for the CISCE Indian School Certificate (ISC) 10th-grade board exam. Around 1.5 lakh students will appear for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) 12th-grade board exam in 2026. 

Joseph Emmanuel, Chief Executive and Secretary of CISCE, stated that this year's exam schedule has been carefully designed to ensure a balanced academic calendar, allowing candidates as much preparation time as possible between major subjects.
