Summer skin Care news

Our grandmothers always cared for their skin with natural ingredients. Over time, chemical skincare products began to appear in the market, leaving indigenous products behind.

However, now major brands have also started introducing creams, face packs, masks, and more made from herbal ingredients. Preservatives are added to all these products to increase their shelf life, while artificial fragrances and colors are also used.

For healthy skin, not just your face, but your entire body, using a scrub is the best option. It deeply cleanses, moisturizes, and brightens your complexion.

The best benefit of ubtan is that it can be applied not only to the face but also to the entire body, including hands and feet. Apply ubtan 20 minutes before bathing and then remove it by massaging in circular motions.

This method prevents dryness of the skin and also provides many other benefits. In this article, we will learn how to make three types of indigenous ubtan.

Make turmeric-sandalwood paste

Traditionally, turmeric and sandalwood were widely used to enhance skin. Turmeric removes tan and blemishes, improves complexion, and brings a glow, while sandalwood helps soften and naturally radiate skin.

Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with two teaspoons of sandalwood powder, a little milk, rose water, and half a teaspoon of coconut oil. This will prepare your scrub.

Make a paste of gram flour and oats

If you have a lot of dead skin, a scrub made from oats and gram flour is ideal, as both work well for exfoliation. Even if you have oily skin, a scrub made from these two ingredients will be beneficial.

For this, take 3 tablespoons of gram flour and add 1 tablespoon of oat powder. Add a little yogurt and milk to make a paste. Apply this to your face, hands, feet, and entire body for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse.

This paste will remove pimples, rashes and itching.

If you suffer from skin allergies or problems like pimples, rashes, and your skin needs hydration, a neem and aloe vera scrub will be beneficial. It also removes bacteria and provides relief from problems like pimples and acne.

Take 2 to 3 teaspoons of aloe vera gel and mix it with neem leaf powder. You can also add one teaspoon of multani mitti and two pinches of turmeric. This scrub will be ready in simple steps. You can use this scrub twice a week.
