Haryana News: 5 new cities will be built near 5 districts of Haryana, land will be acquired for 760 villages
Haryana News: The Haryana government will establish five new cities near five districts. These new cities will be developed along the lines of smart cities. For this purpose, land from 760 villages in various districts will be acquired. This will also lead to a gold-like increase in land prices for residents living near these 760 villages.

Recently, a new district was approved in Haryana. Now, while Haryana has added a district, five new smart cities will also be established in the state. The process for this has also been expedited.
New cities will be built on both sides of this expressway.
People living near the NCR's KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway) are hopeful for infrastructure development. The Haryana government plans to develop five new cities along both sides of this NCR expressway. Meanwhile, numerous projects are underway along both sides of this NCR expressway, causing land prices to skyrocket.
Talking about the length, the length of this expressway i.e. Kani Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway (KMP Expressway) is around 135.6 kilometers, if the Eastern Peripheral Expressway is added to this expressway then the total length of this route becomes around 270 kilometers.
Haryana's Industries Minister gave information
The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) has been tasked with developing five new cities along both sides of the expressway.
According to the HSIIDC, the population will increase in the future, and considering the projected population, these five cities will be developed along both sides of the expressway.
The state government has formed the Panchgram Development Authority for this purpose. Haryana Industries Minister Rao Narbir Singh has shared information regarding this.
So many villages will be included in this project
The project to establish these new cities proposes a land acquisition process for approximately 760 villages. The list of these villages has not yet been finalized because land acquisition, zoning, and infrastructure work is still ongoing.
According to information, these villages will be located in districts like Sonipat, Jhajjar, Gurugram, Nuh, and Palwal. This estimate has been made because these districts lie on both sides of the NCR Expressway (KMP).
Infrastructure development plan prepared
Cities will be developed as industrial and commercial centers along both sides of the KMP Expressway. An infrastructure development plan for these cities has also been finalized.
Regarding this project, the state government has instructed officials to remain in contact with landowners regarding land acquisition for the project, engaging them regularly and encouraging them to upload their land details to the e-Bhoomi portal.
Global City will be built on this many acres
The Haryana Government has prepared a plan to develop a Global City on approximately 1000 acres near Sohna. This Global City will not only have normal facilities but also facilities like modern road network, management, smart infrastructure, sewerage system, drinking water, energy storm water drainage.
The Industry Minister says that these 10 new Industrial Model Townships will be the best for Haryana in terms of development in the future. Out of these 10 projects, 5 IMTs have already been approved and the process for 5 other IMTs is also going on rapidly.
